Refund & Cancellation Policy

Kokan Media Consultancy & Services would deliver its services based on the following refund & cancellation policies:

  • The online transactions done for the digital products would not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • If you think that your case is somewhat exceptional, then you can send an email to with the subject ‘Reason for the refund.’
  • If the printed book or magazine received in damaged condition, customer can contact us. We will take decision regarding refund on case to case basis.
  • Order for printed book or magazine can be cancelled before dispatch with nominal charges. Order can’t be cancelled after dispatch.
